Hi wce,
E-go are very good, you must ensure though that the mower is empty of all fuel and oil and has been flushed out so that it is not classed as DG (dangerous goods) Also you should apply a tag stating what's been done as far as flushing is concerned so that there's no confusion when it's in any transport depot.
E-go are an online only service that utilises the "Hunter Group". They provide an Australia wide service.
Cheers, BB.

E-go are horrific in my area, great for the buyer getting a good deal, but as the seller left me hanging for weeks waiting for pickup on several occasions. having someone home during business hours every day was a nightmare.
Extremely hard to get a hold of, had nothing more than an email address at the time, no phone number, no social media page.

Hi Joe,
I guess I can only express from my experiences that I've had with them, I've never had one bad word to say.
Normally it's best to ship items like a mower "Depot to Depot" and that way the buyer gets a phone call telling them that their consignment has arrived and is ready to be picked up. No waiting endless days at home for a delivery. This certainly reduces the cost somewhat and no one is left hanging in limbo.
Cheers, BB.
