Something that doesn't look right is the height adjuster bar where it comes down onto the front axle, it looks to be too steep and this will drop the front down. It looks nearly vertical when I think it should be about 45 degrees. Just the fact that by kicking it you were able to bend the axle arm on the right hand side sort of indicates the steel used is a bit on the flimsy side, so the adjuster may just have bent if the front wheel had hit something hard
I had another look, though it didn't seem bent. Ill have another look tomorrow in the daylight, but looking at it, it seemed normal. I took some more photos, the height adjust bar does have a couple of slight sideways bends to it, though don't know whether that would affect the height adjustment or not.
Most of the pics, the height adjust bar looks bent upwards, but I think that's just the camera angle. There's a pic attached that's a direct sideview to show the angle of the bar.
