My late grandmother had that exact Pace mower and she offered it to me in the 1990s and I turned it down!! She told me she sold it for a song to some Asian fellow who haggled it right down. He probably, like myself, didn't appreciate what a great mower it really was.
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
