a guy around the corner let me have a Maspy recently with a dead Briggs 375 (Not a Rolls Royce of four-strokes Qantum) and I just took the starter off and discarded the rest. It had no catcher but a good chassis including the wheels. It's a shame I couldn't have mailed you the entire front axle and save on removing those deuced clips. I remember thinking what a great frame it had all round. I'm sure yours will be back on the road in no time
