Tyler, I must correct myself here.

This is a genuine Victa document, and I guess it makes the issue more complex.
I guess I was wrong frown - at least in how the Imperial was introduced.

My best guess is that Victa simplified thinks after the Imperial 2-stroke's introduction in 1972-73.

The linked document suggests an alternative in the early days of the Imperial 2-stroke:
BP Zoom outboard or use Victa's EZIMIX at an 80:1 ratio.

I'm hoping Tyler or Gadge might explain this better than I have.
