Hi Sherrie, most certainly best to have throttle off and tap off as Norm K said. Anything to restrict fuel flow is a good step here. It's a good habit to make sure the fuel tap is off before putting the Victa to bed, as leavingfuel flow on can flood the engine as it sits in storage.

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
