Hi all, picked up a Bolens mower here with a 16hp Briggs twin opposing 108deg. Was running a bit rough so i thought i'd tune it up a bit. Got a new air filter and started playing with the carb. Found out there is only an idle speed screw and an idle mix screw. So i got it idling very nice but after that it starves for fuel when you give it some throttle. I pulled it apart and blew through each hole with the compressor but no difference, once it warms up quite a bit it seems to go better (better response etc) but i would like to know what to do to get it working properly from the time i start it. My next thouoght was to buy some carb cleaner and soak everything in it? or spray it in each hole and leave it for a while? not sure how it works, never used it. Maybe there is something else i can do. Motor infi is:

Any help appreciated...
Thanks
