I would love to fit an LM carb on it to see how it went but it is not worth wasting the time on it, it is only worth $50 on Gumtree anyway, if that.
Since when has the monetary value been a consideration for you anyway. Don't you want to just see if you can do it? I reckon one of those simple brass piston type carburettors may be worth a try. it would be an accomplishment to make one run reliably.
