In your case I would definitely open an unpaid item case with eBay. What happens is once the case is opened the buyer has 4 days to pay and once the time is up the case closes and if the buyer hasn't paid your fees are refunded & an unpaid strike is listed on the persons account. https://www.ebay.com.au/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items?id=4137
