MickIn this case - NO!
The
13 Series was an engine from the old school - smaller bore; longer stroke.
To my knowledge, the 13 was used on 21" walk-behind up to 26" ride-ons.
With its CI flywheel it produced max torque at a lower RPM than modern designs.
You have the latter engine with dual element air-cleaner, but before electronic ignition.
As I said, a sensible approach.
