Hello Gadge, Eric and LRT
I was so tempted to buy this one.
I emailed Eric who, I understand, has ordered it.
He said he would let us know when he gets the book.
This is the soft cover version - but it should be identical to the hard cover.
Gadge's link to the Bookfinder website shows how silly the market is - with
hardcovers on offer from about $100 to almost $4,000 dollars?
I guess unbridled capitalism is at work.
As always ... caveat emptor.
