Try 50:1 mix ( as with Suzukis) and use it with 95 premium and another brand of 2 stroke. Are you using 2 stroke for outboards rather than the stuff for garden equipment. Try getting synthetic 2 stroke.
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
