Just had a ring around trying to source some suitable material (extra heavy 32nb pipe or 40mm x 30mm hollow bar) so that I could look at machining some sleeves.
I would need to sell many sets just to cover the material cost (offcut, minimum invoice amount) on the cheapest price I was quoted, just not viable for me.

I originally purchased a couple of 6202 bearings with 5/8" bores, they didn't fit(too small a bore to fit on the roller shaft).I would have measured the Anthony bearing with a vernier and considering od and width appeared imperial I wrongly assumed an imperial bore. Measured accurately with micrometers the od is more than 1.5 inches and the id is awful close to 16mm.

On another note when I rang Anthonys the price per bearing at the time was under $10 including gst (500 min), I would imagine they would be a slow moving item so the retail price seems reasonable .
