OutdoorKing Repair Forum Forums Repairs and Maintenance Question on Digging Equipment Rotary Hoes & Tillers Need help with identification

I came across this rotary hoe that had been put out on the kerb for hard rubbish collection, but other than the fact it has a Honda engine, I don't know the chassis brand or much about it at all.

It seems to be missing the exhaust and a pull chord, but the engine turns over by hand and seems to have good compression, so there may be a chance it will run after replacing those parts and with a bit of a clean up/out.

Can anyone put a name and model to this at all?
