I should have used a proper socket handle to tighten head bolts.....
What did you use? It's nice that you have renewed a lot of bits and bobs, but you haven't solved the underlying cause if the motor is still being uncooperative.
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
