You need to be specific in what you are saying about the site so that we can look at it.
Here are some ways to find parts: - 1. - 2.If you have the model of a machine then just place it into the search box and click search and everything that we have for that model should come up. If not it is just an email to get it loaded which usually only takes about 90 minutes because of all the information that is required to make the search easier.
- 3. If you have a part number then use the search box without spaces or dashes and if it is on the site it will come up.
- 4. You can also use the Categories box or Brand reference box to find parts but this could take some time going through it because of the amount of spare parts listed on the site.

- 6. Then you have the option of live chat which usually operates during the day and after normal working hours. You use this if you can't find something. This feature will accept file exchange (like parts List) and images. Also note that the live chat has a knowledge base with a search bar which is very helpful as well with parts list and images that can be viewed without having to go into chat.

Note that we are in the process of adding product to ebay as well but that is at a very slow rate and we have found that trying to locate items there is harder than our site but that is upto the individual.
We welcome any recommendations to make things better but no one has really complained about that many issues. As to the site being slow I have only experienced that when google is crawling the site which happened last week for a few hours and once they stopped crawling the site was at normal speed.
