Jack today when I was putting the green Rover away I noticed the Rover I got from Nambour that is missing its engine has the height adjustment in the middle! Maybe mine is later, during the 60s maybe.

Perhaps your machine is the later version.
My best guess is that your model was in production until the
end of the 1960-61 season, when the newer
Rover Economy was introduced
for the 1961-62 year.
