Bill, They come in different sizes,(to suit the size of the stud you are removing)and a metal high speed twist drill to suit the "Easy-Out" you plan to use.These are available at any good hardware or automotive shop. To use,you center pop the stud,drill to a sufficient depth, wind in the "Easy-Out" ie. the "Easy-Out" winds in the opposite direction to that of the thread. You continue winding it in with a small spanner until it will finally turn the stud out of thread......Easy!! grin
