Well, still stumped on these carbs, tried every combination we could, some setups worked, some didn't, some better than others. At least the carby off mine which smokes badly on mine didn't smoke on Bumps motor and it ran much better on his motor than on mine. With one poppet fitted it ran pretty well in the start position and in the run position, but move the throttle back a little from run and the motor would slow and die. Move the throttle quickly from start to run position and it was ok and revs could be held steady. Only real problem is this spot where it dies. We are out of ideas, any thoughts?
