Thanks for the response guys. That is the same pic I looked at and dont think it looks like mine.
Im looking for a complete recoil starter, it looks as though its housing is part of the blower housing so even a complete blower housing with starter will do me.

I play with outboards and their identification numbers are mostly on stickers now. Fortunately you can usually find just a serial number stamped in a welsh plug, still doesnt help with model and year.
