Hi all.
Am about to fit a replacement engine on to the Kingcat tip find from my previous post and having struggled through the confined spaces between the transaxle gearbox on this monster I am considering fitting up the pulleys first and cutting a bigger hole in the deck to fit the motor assembled, rather than having to do it upside down in a very small space. The deck area where the motor mounts is 3mm plate and is surrounded by an angle iron "fence" using 3mm angle. So what do you think about cutting out a bigger hole to drop everything through in one go?
