Yes that's (at least) a Victa 500 cowl if you zoom the photo.
Zoom by either - the two-finger squeeze/expand on a tablet - using Firefox on a PC, Ctrl+ (hold down Ctrl and press +) to zoom in, Ctrl- to zoom out and Ctrl0 to reset. Also in View->Zoom menu.
