I am a great fan of the Suzuki M120X & a great deal of them were sold here in New Zealand on Rover bodies. I see one of the above post talks about one of these being hard to start. A contractor some years ago told me a trick for cold starting these engines.
Stand the mower on it nose for about 5 seconds (Spark plug facing downwards)I guess some fuel spills out the main jet & primes the engine, usually first pull the engine starts.
I have noticed some of the American Toro's fitted with this engine actually have a carburetor primer bulb fitted, but none do in the part of the world.
Hope this helps someone.
