Hi Gatty7, BB and vccomm,
Both BB and Dave are spot-on with the diagnosis...the worn primary chain has stretched beyond its limits; the double front sprocket is clagged completely and the nylon chain adjuster has reached the end of its tether.

(1) The primary and secondary chains need to be replaced.
(2) Replace the double cutter sprocket
(3) Replace the nylon adjuster....this may be hard to come by...I will do some research for you as will BB I'm sure...
(4) Clean thoroughly the whole chain case and re-lube the chains and sprockets....this is important mate, to keep your machine in good order.
