Hi, it is a standard bolt pattern so will fit on basically any base out there, most B&S motors have the most common shaft length so a standard blade boss and blade carrier will fit. The width of cut and blade plate/ blades is dependent on the mower base. The 190cc should handle a 22inch cut with power to spare to drive the self propulsion mechanism if the base has fitted.
