it would seem that the one with the seized up cable's gearbox works, but i broke the engagement lever. got it off. worried about breaking the other one when i take it off or put it on. the drive dogs drive

when i engage it and turn the pulley the drive dogs turn.
so basically i think i need to try and swap over the engagement lever and put it all back together????
