There are a couple of clues and things I could comment on.
However, I need more information.
[1] I cannot read the finer copy in the flyer.
[2] I take it the flyer has no info on the other side?
[3] Did you acquire this from a Melbourne source?
It may be that this information could help a better understanding here.
