From left to right looking at it from underneath ,
Left/Drive cable linked to drive lever,
Middle/Throttle cable,
Right/gear change cable .

The cable at the bottom to the gearbox is gear shift connection , 1st and 2 nd gear choice.
The cable at the top runs back to the drive lever.
