Hi Grumpy, have had a look at both gaskets and plastic insulator, they are all in good condition. Have some photos of them



Have also stripped down and cleaned the carby again, not that it was needed, i blew it all out with air compressor and followed it with carby cleaner for a just incase. Photo of carby parts.


Now all back together, will wait for a reply before i go any further incase i have missed something.
