With those motorized bike kit things.. Almost anything goes.. Although if you are going over the speed limit.. the police will write you a ticket..
That being said, I've seen bikes doing 40MPH In a 10MPH Zone before.. And nobody has bothered them..
I am also In Ohio.. Which is pretty laid back as far as bikes go.. In other states, they'd demand I license the solex.
