I tried everthing you said this morning.Plug is not wet so its obviously not getting fuel.Compression seems resonable with a finger over the plug hole.Didnt take the flywheel off (realised after that this would be the only thing to upset the timing).Fuel directly in the head produced a great result fired a couple of times.Carby blocked somewhere?The old lines fell apart in my hands.
