Hi waxdass, NO mate, that is a 3HP, 4 stroke engine....use straight unleaded petrol....absolutely NO oil in the petrol. The oil goes into the engine via the oil filler hole on the front of the engine.
Place the machine on a level surface, unscrew the oil plug and check the oil level.

Ahah whoops! Cheers for that info!
