Mark, thanks very much for posting that link. Had I have read that before pulling the carby apart I would have had to take so many photo�s. It�s great for future reference.

On a separate note you mentioned priming issues. I have had this before and when I ended up replacing the needle , seat and re-setting the float height my problems were gone. The new carby�s on ebay are cheap but I always like to try and get the genuine carby right. I get the kits from china and haven�t had a problem with them to date in regard to reliability. Grumpy, I agree with you regarding the carbies being difficult to work on however when they run properly I really rate them highly.

I will be on the lookout for more Ultima�s as they are a good engine.
