By a Professional balanced wheel cutter, I mean a "carefully maintained and aligned Scotty 45" by others (workshop)
This view is also shared by other owners who have their blades sharped and aligned by workshops that have been in business for over 30 years etc. Just because something is used in service does not mean it does not have its faults.
