Hi Bruce, I pulled the plastic primer plate off of the side of my victa carby (a bit silly because it didn't have a problem in the first place) but once I put it back on the fuel leaks out of the primer bulb. Looking at it there doesn't look as though there was ever any type of float needle to stop the flow and the float doesn't seal the hole to stop the flow.
