Update on the 20";
Things have been a bit busy in other areas around the house at the moment, with a 2 month-old and some house reno's on the way in the next few weeks it has been hard to get much more done on the mower.

I ordered some re-pro period correct decals from ebay. It seems that in the brochures from deejay, the 20" didn't come with the chain case (Scott Bonnar 45)decal, but I decided to go with it anyway.

I mocked the engine up and assembled the handlebars and clutch lever. I was surprised at how high up the engine sits. I then realized a major issue that the exhaust exits the muffler directly on the handlebar fascia. I thought about making a small deflector to route the exhaust to the side away from the fascia and from myself while using it. I found an old Briggs muffler and low and behold, there is a removable deflector that I can use. I'm not totally happy with how this looks, but no one will notice it is there and it is there to serve a purpose; route the exhaust away. It would probably look better painted in satin rather than flat black to match the rest of the muffler shroud. Fired it up and it seems to work reasonably effectively

Also set up the linkages to the engine, as well as stripped the carby as this motor was sitting for a while at work. Gave it a run, but I think it still needs some fine tuning once its installed.
