To answer your questions, there are new aftermarket replacements catchers made which are for sale from various sellers on eBay. Their cost is over the $100 mark though, as for the cutter reel they are definitely not cheap and really there is no need to replace your existing unit if it is not bent out of shape / damaged and has enough meat left on it. A better close up photo of the reel and surrounding area would be beneficial for us to evaluate it as there's no point in throwing money away on something that really isn't needed.
Looking forward to seeing more photos of the machine in general and also some close ups with the chain case removed.
