Certainly does, in fact the whole mower looks just like one I used to have (and hate). Seems as if someone carefully sandblasted the entire engine specification off the Kirby Lauson ID plate on the front, probably to avoid the embarrassment of having it identified. Personally I felt more inclined to apply a lighted match to the fuel tank of mine.
Seems like Mal has found a genuinely appropriate use for it, though. Make it a static exhibit for nostalgic display purposes only. Yay! Wish I'd thought of that when I had mine. I could have sat there every evening throwing food at it.
