Hi Nathan, what you have there is a Greens Master Lightweight 14" cut motor mower. It was manufactured in England by Thomas Green & Son Ltd in circa 1955.

I notice that it is missing its fuel tank and front roller assembly and perhaps the catcher.
The cylinder reel and bedknife blade is of the Ransomes design, and is removed as a complete unit.
