why are the 'plugs at differnt hieghts ? but sooooo nice to look at good luck with them
Sorry vccomm I missed your question.Reason why they are at different heights is the model 7 (red one) was the first head they used on these engines. The one on the 7A was the newer version of that first design. The model 7 I believe was (Well according to my books) was the only model (With Victa) that had that head.

Now that I have got another flywheel for this lad I want to try and get it going. The only problem is that somebody has changed a few things around.Which has made this very difficult for me to do.
This model was one of the few that ran the Zenith carby. Now somebody in there infounat wisdom decided to put the linkage arms of the Walbro carby on it.Which I could clearly see wasn't going to and or wasn't working the way that it should.
However now the problem is I have to make up some new linkages. The problem with this is I can't find a lot of info on.
Here's what I have so far.

So I almost have this linkage where and how it is suppose to be.I'm just having trouble with the second linkage.

Now I have to do one from the choke, marked as 1 here. Now I don't know if it is suppose to go to number 2 or 3.Does anybody have any idea? Or better still does anybody have any pictures they could take so I could see how they go?
That would properly be better. As I just can't find enough info to show me where or how the linkage should go.

Here for a good time, not a long time.
