This would be the only 4 stroke HG Palmer ive ever seen...Definately A Villiers 4 stroke,Seemingly correct X coding. I dont know much of this engine,dont even know if it had a name. Torque Major was the smaller 4 stroke and Torque Master the 2 stroke...Maybe this one is Torque Monster? lols Others may know this engine better as I know it was fitted to the Scott bonnar 47 also. Shes running the Sure Start" impulse which would be period for this mower...Going on styling and other bits,I would place this mower around the 1962-65 era...And almost Cetainly an "HG Palmer Dept Store 4 Stroke" (Or Slightly Possible,another Dept stores generic mower). What you thinking Blumbly? We on the Money???... Not the most appealing machine,But quite Unique. As I dare say not many would have seen one...Thanks for showing us Skappo....I know youll ask value and rarity lols,so ill answer now. Rarity VERY. Value....Not much:(...or whatever someone will pay for it,maybee a Hg Palmer lover would value this machine
