Wow jonsey I'm not sure you really know what you have there.With that engine number and the extra bits I can tell you that when that left Victa it was a genuine Model 4 Automatic.Will all the flaps and guards.With the bolts around the edges they are screwed in.If you decide to remove them make sure you soak the hell out of them with something like oil for a long time.Remove the extra paint etc.They may still even break I can see one has already.The problem is they are steel that has rusted in alloy.Very difficult to get out without breaking.You still have on there the original small height adjuster with the caps on.Mine doesn't even have that. and welcome to the non-complete automatic club.Well done that was a great score.
