After having a closer look and looking at the details I have it would be a VC-160 Auto Drive Mark III.

As you can see black hub caps and a G4.The only other one that had black hub caps was the mark IV.Also below the handles that were said to be on it.Not sure how we got to saying it was a mark II,but anyway without an engine number I'd say a mark III.Not that the engine number could be right it may be wrong we don't know.
