I wouldn't colour match to the cowl as plastic fades different to paint on metal. If you take the engine of the base there should be a good match under there. That's where I'd colour match to. It is hammertone. You have to find a good paint shop,so they can alter there paint a little. I've been to some paint places and got told "no we can't change it. That is how they are.
