The blade bearing has very minimal play in it so I will leave that alone.
The belt does seem a little too loose. Do you guys have a method for judging whether or not the belt has stretched? I am thinking of just giving it a whirl and see how it cuts to judge it.
Any suggestions on making a replacement blade guard would be appreciated.
I'll put some photos up once it's all finished.
