I have just purchased a Briggs & Stratton 12hp i/c for victor pro 12 ride on. Had trouble with low power and found the choke had been wired shut. Have rectified this and tuned carby so the Governor works. Machine serial number TD4201107 under seat. Do you have any illustrations of Governor springs and choke application setup. TR
