it is a good cleean looking one yes . the best i could come up with on the one in the pic' is 1959 , looks a close match to yours . it is a hard rubber sort of a 'uni' type stuff. your looks to have more id stickers left , all thats on mine is on the tank and says atco super 17" and a good old suffolk they plod along nicely too .
