The standard setting on a walbro carby are:

Low 'L' screw 1-1/4 turns out from bottom

High 'H' screw 1 turns out from bottom

Then you adjust the 'L' screw till the machine does not hesitate.

Then adjust the 'H' till the machine reaches its peak then back off 1/8 of a turn.
