I'm not followign that well, victa used a variety of different coloured wires,, if its not the one with the brass barb for the kill switch, insulate it and tuck it out of the way.
Technically they were always a powertorque, I'm not sure why they even made the keystart version apart from a marketing gimmick, even with the lightest of pulls they should fire right up.
