Firstly, at OutdoorKing, we observe forum etiquette by not posting in
all capital letters....It appears as though you are angry and shouting. A combination of lower and uppercase is the norm.
The drive gear in your 590 is nylon and is the Achilles heel of that model, always stripping and consequently loss of drive. There is a fabricated replacement metal gear that will last the distance and do the job very well.
On researching the thread I see that grumpy has beaten me to it by a couple of minutes.... Anyhow, great minds think alike....or fools never differ (as my Mum used to say!)
